  Setters has a great garden to hold the ceremony. Very pretty and cosy. The actual venue is quite nice as well. The major issues I had (and there were a few) are as follows:
  
  1. Could not get a tasting of the food – now I know why. The food was disgusting on the day – the meat was all over cooked and dry. The greens were over cooked and the potato bake was undercooked, some people didn’t even get the sauce/cheese on the potato. Not worth the money I paid.
  2. The wait staff were rude to some of my guests. Taking their glasses away from them when they hadn’t finished their drinks. When they asked for them back they said no.
  3. Before the actual event it was very hard to deal with the Manager/Owner. She only worked for what seemed like 1 hour in the morning. There were a lot of emails back and forth with things that she would not allow. Things like:
  a. Wouldn’t cut the cake and put them on the table because it was from her experience that “nobody eats cake” – last time I checked this was my wedding not hers.
  b. She gave a hard time to my DJ saying that the music couldn’t be too loud!!
  
  At the end I just had to get my mother in law to deal with it because it was just a joke.
